I’ve not updated for a while due to being very busy knitting, and the boys have both been unwell (why do they take it in turns? Can’t they just be poorly at the same time to get it over and done with?) Consequently, my customs list is running behind – huge apologies to everyone still waiting. We will get there in the end!

Cowboy! longies for Louise August 22, 2009

Louises’ custom longies, in my own hand painted Cowboy! colourway. Ok, confession time now… this is the first time I have knitted up my one of my own dye jobs, so even I didn’t know how it would knit up. I am really pleased with how they look. I think they look a bit camo…

Buy British Month saw me taking lots of custom orders, some of which were collaborations with other wahms. Here is the Jimmy Riddles collab, and one with JellyNose Chic. I have also completed a kilt for Susannah.

Lisa’s BBM/VHC set July 5, 2009

Before and after photos of JJ’s VHC set. This is a BBM HaloBaby/Weenotions/Babylonglegs collaboration. The British Merino aran yarn was dyed by Babylonglegs, in the the Forget-me-Not colourway. The nappy is a WeeNotions Night Notion in the very popular Caterpillar Dots print. And l’il ole me put them all together
